"We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration you've encountered throughout the claims process. We understand that filing a claim can already be stressful, and the last thing we would ever want is for you to feel that no one is working to help you find a resolution.

I do want to acknowledge that while claims are handled by a separate department, we recognize the importance of being an advocate for our customers throughout that process. Within less than 24 hours of seeing your review, I personally reached out to our Claims Department, and our Office Manager also became involved, communicating directly with both you and Claims. Together, we helped coordinate a conversation with claims leadership and, fortunately, were able to identify a solution within the same day. I know that you have a pending conversation with a supervisor in claims but glad we were able to move things in the right direction, at least on our end.

I also want to assure you that our involvement doesn't end here. Both our Office Manager and I will continue to personally monitor your claim and follow up to help ensure things continue moving in the right direction.

Our reputation and the relationships we build with our customers mean everything to us. While we may not always have direct control over every decision or timeline, we can control how we show up for the people who trust us with their insurance needs. We take that responsibility seriously and recognize that there's always an opportunity to communicate better and make an already difficult situation a little easier.
