"I know we just got off the phone, after I personally spoke to you about this and I am on your side... insurance can feel complex and sometimes difficult to navigate. That is why we take our job seriously and even had our service team lead, sales team lead and even myself speak to you. I know you wanted to a new quote, but you already have State Farm. That means that your policy renews automatically and pricing is given to you, with your renewal documents. We kept trying to explain that your renewal pricing was going down and that you were going to save even more. Your auto savings, monthly, were going to be $50 and we tried to articulate that as best we good. It was good news for you, I promise. We had sent this over text, email and even talked about it over the phone, but maybe there was a disconnect that we were not aware of. Three different people reviewed the bills and renewals and all confirmed the same information. The same documents are in your document center and you will get them thirty days before your renewal. I wish there was more we could do for you to believe us. Our reputation is important to us and my team and I, would never do anything to jeopardize that. We authorized the request, you made, to move to another office and we even confirmed with them the same documents and information. We hope they can help you and glad that you at least decided to stay with the State Farm Family. While we are no longer your assigned State Farm Office, if you need anything please do not hesitate to reach out. We hope that your journey with State Farm is a fruitful one and glad that you'll at least be saving money, at your renewal."
